Youth Leadership Conference
The Youth Leadership Conference is a special event designed for high school students from the San Fernando Valley who have demonstrated leadership within their school or community. The goal is to provide them with the tools, knowledge, and inspiration needed to strengthen their skills as future leaders.
This is not just another school event—it’s a chance to grow as a leader, connect with other inspiring students, and be part of César E. Chávez’s legacy of service and justice. It’s an experience that can truly make a difference in your future.

Is there a cost to attend?
No. The program is completely free for invited students. Breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost.
